Every week, MEN-TALK.UK hosts a series of open door meetings for anyone who wants to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and discuss how their week has been, any troubles or frustrations that they feel they want to get off their chest. It is also an opportunity for everyone to listen to others, learn from their experiences and offer their own advice if they feel they want to.

Meetings occur at the Head Health Hub in Sheerness and are entirely free.

Your donation will make sure that the team can continue to offer this support for those that need it.

All directors offer their time and the hub free of charge.
