Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yup, our shop in Sheerness is open Monday's and Wednesday's for local collections. Other days are availble if we know you're coming

What payment options do you have?
You can pay using all major credit & debit cards on our website aswell as Klarna. Or you can pay in person at our shop in Sheerness.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Unfortantly we don't. Most orders leave our print farm within 48 hours of the order coming through. But our stanard handling time is up to 5 days on more involced prints and projects.

How long do I have to return a product?
As most of our products are personalised products, printed and made on demand when your order comes in, we can not accept returns on most items. Some exceptions do apply and will be refunded using store credit.

How do I change an order date?
Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

Are your prints toys?
No, our products are not advertised as toys and intended to be purchased as a collectible or craft item. We do not recommend buying a product for anyone under the age of 15 due to potential choking/health hazards.

Where are your products made?
All of our products are made by us at our print farm in Sheerness.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please send an email to thehuman@feaverdreams.co.uk along with your name and address and a member of staff will look into your order for you.

How can I check the status of my order online?
You can login to your account at www.feaverdreams.co.uk/signin to check the status of all your orders.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it will be set onto a print run straight away. This means that we can not cancel your order.
